BPC-157 + TB-500 is a combination of two peptides with complementary soft-tissue recovery mechanisms. BPC-157 acts primarily at the vascular wall, microcirculation, and inflammatory signals in the injury zone. TB-500, a thymosin beta-4 fragment, acts through actin sequestration: by binding free G-actin, it regulates cytoskeletal polymerization, accelerating cell migrationβ€”including endothelial and muscle cellsβ€”into the injury zone and promoting new vessel formation.
